We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented legal assistant who is eager to learn and wants to work with independence and autonomy doing important legal work.

You will responsible for:

• Calendaring court deadlines
• Filing and serving pleadings and other court documents
• Scheduling and coordinating appointments
• Fielding phone calls
• Reviewing, analyzing and drafting case-related documents
• Managing case file and folders

Requirements

• Detail oriented
• Enjoys writing
• Good attitude and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity/experience using Apple/Mac systems and programs such as word, excel, adobe
• Tech savvy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
