National homebuilder with a superb reputation as a leader and innovator in the industry is seeking a Land Project Manager for our the WDC Land Division.
This position is responsible for conducting and managing the bidding, budgeting, contracting, engineering, permit processing, scheduling and, site development in order to deliver finished lots on time and within budget. A Land Project Manager supports the acquisition, planning, and engineering of new ground for development.

The typical schedule of this position will be Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM, plus additional hours as necessary.
