Overview:
We’re looking for passionate, highly motivated intern to join our Dream Flights team. In this position, you’ll increase Dream Flights Intl.’ visibility with the goal of taking our vision together to the next level.
As the lead with a sports agency representing top-tier talent, to collaborate strong relationships, valuable networks, to deliver innovative solutions that keep our clients and our vision excelling in the sports management area.
Dream Flights Intl. is a membership-based private jet charter service focused on creating memorable experiences and fostering connections among discerning clientele worldwide. While private aviation is our product, our true business lies in crafting unforgettable memories, providing exceptional service, and bringing people together.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Understands our brand and how we wish to convey it in social media outlets
- Understanding about our product to see what’s coming up- Assisting our editor in Instagram
- Creating high-quality content, videos, and photos to post on social channels
- Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Researches and monitors the activity of company competitors
- Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:
- Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, blog)
- Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns, being sure to integrate with the company's overall marketing campaign plan and channels.
- Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
Requirements:
- Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media.
- Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to the analytical side, able to demonstrate
- Demonstrates ability to produce high-quality images and marketing materials.
- Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants
(Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
- Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or completing Bachelor’s or in Master program
- Experience developing and implementing sponsorship marketing strategy and activation on behalf of client or company; or school for curriculum
- Sports marketing and/or agency experience managing day-to-day relationships with clients, properties and agency partners, for curriculum work
