Job Overview:

Our company is seeking a highly dependable and detail oriented accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have Experience in QuickBooks or Quicken experience. The candidate must be experienced in financial auditing and financial preparation. The candidate will prepare and maintain financial records, handle tax liabilities, and other related financial aspects. The position requires the candidate to maintain high levels of confidentiality due to the level of responsibility. No Remote work offered.

Daily operations include but not limited to:

• Prepare balance sheets and income statement analysis
• Prepare and examine financial records, statements, and reports
• Process financial audits
• Analyze financial information
• Handle weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports and close outs
• Support a variety of business wide initiatives
• Handle company billing, transactions, and reconciliation
• Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information
• Handle tax liabilities and website accounts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, related field, or equivalent job experience
• Must have 7 years of QuickBooks or Quicken experience
• Self starter, ability to identify issues, and resolve problems
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including proficiency in Excel
• Proficiency in various accounting software and tools
• Ability to forecast and analyze financial data
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Must be able to work alone or part of a team
• Maintain a high urgency of confidentiality
• Must be able to commute and work in an office; no remote work offered.
• Have exceptional attendance as essential of the job- must have regular, consistent, reliable, and predictable attendance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
