Customer Support Specialist with Washify (A DRB Systems, LLC company)
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be working with our exciting product (Washify) that has been helping many car washes move into a new way of automated operating.
This is not a typical "call center" role, and we are not your typical tech company. We believe that developing skills in our associates will help them not only excel in daily work-related areas, but to also build and nurture confidence that is all-around beneficial.
The Role: This position provides customer service and account management support, resolution and follow-ups to our client’s customers by answering their tickets, chats and phone calls. You will manage several accounts and follow up with customers to aid them in managing their accounts specifically. You will also be assigned side projects to manage on your own keeping your performance and quality standards flawless.
This role is an 8-8pm schedule (a shift of 8 hours within that time frame), with one closing shift per week. There will also be one weekend day worked every other week.
