Responsibilities:

• Operate cement transfer pump safely and responsibly to refill other cement silos as needed
• Operate dispatch equipment to load trucks
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot dispatch equipment
• Effectively communicate required work with other departments
• Perform housekeeping duties
• All other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in cement or heavy industrial manufacturing preferred.
• Must possess strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must understand and follow all Standard Operating Procedures.
