The Role

Complete all plumbing and sewer system installations efficiently and accurately

Responsibilities

• By working closely with installation coordinator, warehouse manager and plumbing install leads.
• You’ll help complete the jobs on time and on budget, helping to achieve the financial goals of the company.
• Know how to establish a relationship with the customer to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.
• Show yourself as a professional.
• Make sure the jobs are properly organized; sign the work quality checklist.
• Work alongside customer service and warehouse to ensure overall business success.
• Adhere to the company's plan to resolve customer complaints quickly and favorably.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace and a well-inventoried truck.
• Actively participate in all training exercises, morning meetings, and technical training of suppliers.
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, curbside comments, and option sheets.
• Always follow safe worksite habits to ensure the health and safety of the customer and your colleagues
