Overview

Are you a professional self-starter with experience building/developing new territories for a high-growth tech B2B business, preferably with a software platform? Do you have experience developing and implementing Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs? Can you create and manage regional marketing campaigns and events with little oversight and hold yourself accountable for meeting their commitments? Do you enjoy collaborating with field sales teams and external partner organizations to build relationships and bring creative and high-impact marketing campaigns to market? Then this role could be an excellent match for you.

The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for leading our field marketing efforts in North America. The position will involve developing a coordinated Account Based Marketing program and working closely with the sales team on building our presence through field events and integrated marketing campaigns. In this role, you will serve as the field marketing resource working closely with our sales team and channel partners to develop and direct the field marketing for North America. In addition, you will work across the entire Dragos marketing team to offer localized but consistent events, marketing materials, demand generation, internal/external communications, digital advertising, and social media to drive Dragos Platform sales opportunities relative to our target markets/accounts in the Utility, Oil and Gas, and Manufacturing sectors.

The Field Marketing Manager will plan and manage measured marketing activities within budgetary guidelines and deadlines to meet quarterly and annual assigned marketing pipeline goals for the region. The person in this role must work well with multiple Sales leaders, Sales Reps, and Business Development Reps for the North American region. In addition, the person should have experience managing a business pipeline, from generating leads to working with sales channels to ensure they produce pipeline/business opportunities. This role reports to the Director of Field and Partner Marketing at Dragos.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and execute the regional marketing plan to achieve company goal marketing pipeline goals for North America
  • Developing coordinated Account Based Marketing programs focusing on our target markets/accounts
  • Work closely with Dragos sales, Value Added Resellers, and other partners to grow the sales pipeline
  • Deliver integrated marketing programs to drive pipeline growth and customer loyalty with customer and prospect organizations. Programs including Dragos-led events, third-party event sponsorships, executive events, hands-on workshops, and more by developing and implementing a marketing plan that produces the leads, opportunities, and pipeline needed to achieve the annual goals with a mix of programs, and events, done in concert with partners
  • Coordinate virtual and in-person local events (sponsorships, Corporate Trade Shows, Partner events, and webinars)
  • Communicates the voice of sales and customers/partners to our marketing in order to continuously improve our Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Corporate Communications teams as they develop integrated marketing campaigns for North America. These include but not limited to digital advertising, targeted email, social media, and public relations
  • Understand the market trends in the regions and customize programs as needed
Qualifications
  • 5 years in a Marketing or Field Marketing role with a proven track record and ability to develop emerging business regions
  • 2 years working to develop Account Based Marketing programs
  • Experience managing quarterly and annual lead and pipeline goals for a region
  • Events marketing experience in B2B software
  • Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to accurately specify project timeframes, dependencies, and risk factors
  • Ability to interact with various levels of stakeholders and make decisions based on data and insights
  • Experience and ability to work independently as well as manage people and contractors
  • Experience working within HubSpot and Salesforce to develop and track marketing campaigns and results
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed to support the regions and participate in company meetings and team offsites
Compensation
  • Base Salary: $125,000
