Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of beverages in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of bartending techniques, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Duties:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences

- Take orders from customers and provide recommendations on drink selections

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses, utensils, and bar equipment

- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction with their drinks and overall experience

- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, following all cash handling procedures

- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers and staff

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar area during busy periods

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role in the hospitality industry

- Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology

- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers

- Excellent multitasking abilities to handle multiple orders simultaneously

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques is preferred

- Familiarity with coffee preparation is a plus

- Must be at least 21 years old

- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (e.g., kegs)

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $11.25 - $17.11 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
