Overview: Join our team as a Bartender at our vibrant establishment. We are seeking a skilled individual who is passionate about mixology and providing exceptional customer service. Duties: - Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, and wine - Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take drink orders and relay them accurately to the bar staff - Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Assist in organizing and setting up for events or banquets Qualifications: - Previous experience in bartending or hospitality industry preferred - Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor - Knowledge of mixing drinks and cocktail recipes - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Nice-to-have Skills: - Experience with brewing or knowledge of different types of beer - Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills - Experience in catering or serving at events - Sales skills to upsell drinks or promote specials - Proficiency in using cash handling procedures - Familiarity with banquet service operations This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your bartending skills in a dynamic environment.
