We are currently looking for SERVER ASSISTANTS.
Here are some things that you can expect:

• We offer a complimentary Family Meal daily at 4pm to start all shifts off on the right foot.
• Your typical shift would run roughly 7-9 hours long.
• While we do operate in a fast-paced environment, you are able to take breaks as needed (business levels & time permitting) with approval.

During a given shift you will be responsible for some of the following Server Assistant Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain positive guest relations
• Assist in the delivery of plates and silverware
• Responds appropriately to guest requests and communicates guest requests to the server immediately.
• Takes tableware to dish room and places silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing.
• Between settings, promptly sanitizes/cleans table tops, chairs, and booths.
• Extend courteous departures when guests leave outlet, thank them and please invite them back.
• Other duties may be assigned as the need arises.
• Must have or be willing to obtain Food Handlers Certification and understand and follow OSHA and HACCP compliance standards.
• Be a team player, help fellow employees at every opportunity

Some qualifications to mention. We are looking for someone who:

• Has the ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during stressful and/or busy times.
• Exercise sound judgment and possess good problem-solving skills.
• Where applicable, holds a state and/or local food handlers card.

• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs.
