Dragon Smoke and Vape is Hiring a Team Member/Customer Service Near Indianapolis, IN

Join the Dragon Smoke and Vape Shop team, where we're dedicated to offering top-tier customer service and a wide selection of quality products. We're currently seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate to contribute to our mission of providing exceptional retail experiences.

**Responsibilities:**

- Engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, assisting them in selecting the perfect products.

- Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately, handling transactions with care.

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store to ensure an inviting atmosphere.

- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking to keep products available for our customers.

- Stay updated on new products, promotions, and industry trends to better serve our clientele.

**Requirements:**

- Previous retail experience is essential, with a minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role.

- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service with a track record of exceeding sales targets.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Must be 21 years of age or older and able to pass a background check.

- Strict adherence to company policies and procedures, including a zero-tolerance policy for substance use during work hours.

- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with no exceptions.

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.
