Draft Note Design we are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Entry Level Personal Assistant. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative support and assist in day-to-day tasks for our executives. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for executives
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, such as emails and phone calls
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Conduct research and provide support for special projects as assigned
- Assist with general office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines
