Draft Note is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Entry Level Event Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning and execution of various events, including conferences, seminars, trade shows, and corporate functions.

- Support the Event Coordinator in developing event timelines and schedules
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including signage, displays, and equipment
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of event materials and services
- Assist with on-site event management, including attendee registration, directing attendees to designated areas, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, or a related field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software
- A passion for marketing and a desire to learn new things
