Fast growing Consumer Good Company located in Southern NJ seeks a Consumer Relations Associate to support the Organization while working with the Marketing Communications Team.

Individual Responsibilities:

• Handling consumer inquires/complaints, via e-mail, phone and social media while providing a solution
• Communicate trends and work to improve processes
• Understand on-line product offerings and availability
• Collaboration with Marketing Communication Team in support of E-Commerce platform, media content creation and consumer events
• Recognize trends in requests, complaints and social media chatter
• Communicate information as needed to Marketing, Quality, Logistics etc.
• Preparing and distributing monthly reports across organization

Requirements

• College degree preferred or applicable prior work experience
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service role
• Knowledge of Social Media Platforms
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with customer service tools
• Prior experience on Zendesk and other Marketing tools a plus
• Ability to work Collaboratively
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
