• Performs all Material Handler I and II responsibilities as required.
• Trains other Material Handlers as needed.
• Operates shipping manifest systems and prepares other paperwork.
• Uses shipping documentation to pick orders for shipping. Verifies quantity and quality of products.
• Picks product for shipping. Compares items packed with customer’s order identifying data.
• Oversees warehouse vault access.
• Interact with outside contacts (freight lines, customers, recycling companies, etc.).
• Manage Investment Recovery at site.
• Perform technical purchasing entries, routine and non-routine shipment, and receipt of all incoming materials/inventory in SAP.
• Position requires performing other responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor.
• Technical expert for receiving and shipping.
• Trains Material Handler I’s and oversees day-to-day activities of Material Handler I’s and II’s.
• Required to maintain expertise in all areas of the warehouse, will be performing level III responsibilities on a rotational basis through the areas of the warehouse.
• Required to perform Supervisory duties in absence of supervisor.
