We are most interested in finding the best candidate for the role and are open to exploring candidates with a less traditional background.PurposeDr. Reddy’s is seeking a 2025 graduate to hire as aBiologics Commercial Intern. The internship will provide exposure to various elements of commercializing Biosimilars/Biologics in the US.As an intern, you would be an integral part of the Biologics commercial organization in Princeton.

Responsibilities:

• Biologics commercial intern would be responsible for helping build the commercialization strategy for Biosimilars in the US. The project will include supporting research and analytics around different elements of the go-to-market strategy: such as brand promotional strategy, market access strategy, and patient support programs.

• Gather consumer insights, data, research, category trends, and best practices to input into strategic brand/marketing plans.

• Benchmark patient support services offered by innovator brands.

• Competitive assessment of patient support services offered for Biosimilars, which are already commercial.

• Create a list of awareness generation events/congress.

• Analyze Claims/Coverage data for indications of interest.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Marketing, Strategy or a related field.

• Strong communication skills.

• Must be a self-starter with strong initiative.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
