Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Perform data entry and file management to ensure accurate record keeping
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in computerized systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in office management or as a personal assistant is a plus
- Familiarity with order entry systems is preferred
- Knowledge of phone systems and customer support principles is an advantage

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
