**Job Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk, providing exceptional administrative support to medical staff and patients. **Duties:** - Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Schedule patient appointments and maintain calendars - Verify patient insurance information and process payments - Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly - Maintain electronic medical records using various systems - Assist with medical billing and coding tasks - Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers **Requirements:** - Proven experience in a medical office setting - Proficiency in medical terminology and administrative tasks - Familiarity with medical software such as Dentrix, eClinicalWorks, Epic, or similar systems - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment This Medical Receptionist position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, contributing to the delivery of quality patient care while utilizing your administrative skills.
