Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a dental office and possess strong organizational and communication skills. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing patient appointments, maintaining records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using dental practice management software (eaglesoft)
- Verify patient insurance coverage and collect necessary information
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Coordinate with dental hygienists and dentists to ensure smooth patient flow
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality
- Manage inventory of office supplies and order as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing any questions or concerns

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or Medical Receptionist in a dental or medical office setting
- Familiarity with dental office systems and terminology
- Proficient in using dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, eClinicalWorks)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of medical scheduling and recordkeeping procedures
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance
