We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience with various administrative tasks and medical office systems to provide exceptional customer service in a healthcare setting.
Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Handle patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
- Familiarity with medical scheduling, administrative tasks, and dental receptionist duties
- Strong communication, phone and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
