- Prepare and decorate cakes according to DQ standards & customer requests and specifications
- Create visually appealing designs using various cake decorating techniques
- Ensure the quality and freshness of all cakes produced
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with management to fulfill orders in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with cake selection and customization options

```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in food preparation, preferably in a bakery or pastry shop
- Strong attention to detail and artistic ability for cake decorating
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
