Job Description DPR Construction is looking for a Human Resources Senior Benefits Coordinator with a focus on our HRIS to be a part of a dynamic team whose mission is to Take Care of our People. As a member of the corporate Benefits team, you will support our comprehensive Benefits Program for our diverse organization. Our program goal is to maximize employee engagement in benefits programs to create a culture of well-being on our journey to become the most admired. High-Level Summary of Senior Benefits coordinator - HRIS Carrier file integration maintenance – Review weekly error reports from vendors and partner with technical teams to resolve Responsible for approving benefit events submitted by employees including new hires, qualifying life events, employee separations and other benefit related events Responsible for managing the Evidence of Insurability process including approvals and rate changes that affect the employee Continuously monitor benefit events in Workday and confirm completion within 30 days of the effective date Partner with internal technology team for bi-annual testing for Workday updates Partner with internal technology team to manage the annual Open Enrollment process including: Updating the benefit rate tables annually in our HRIS system (Workday) Updating help text Testing workflows Integration coordinator and updates with carriers Integration coordinator with payroll system Maintain internal reference documentation Affordable Care Act (ACA) Reporting Coordination Partner with internal technology team to confirm Workday setup Partnering with our external vendor to confirm state and federal transmissions SkillSet/Competencies The Senior Benefits Coordinator should possess the following qualifications, skills, and attributes: 5 years of HR work experience with 3 years of Workday experience. Strong integrity, discretion, and professional judgment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to take the initiative to identify workflow complexities and offer up suggestions on process improvement Be an effective communicator (both oral and written), and a team player with a solid foundation in customer service Maintain and provide requested benefit reports to partners and leaders Engage with Workday community to look for opportunities for improvement to DPR business process and Workday optimization Travel Minimal travel will be required in this role.
