DPR GP is Hiring a Remote Field Office Coordinator
Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION DPR Construction is seeking a Field Office Coordinator with 3 years of commercial construction industry experience. This individual will work closely with multiple project team members (project managers, project engineers, project accountants, superintendents, insurance coordinator, estimators and prequal liaison), in addition to trade partners. This position may require flexibility to be on a jobsite and in the main Nashville office. Field Office Coordinator’s responsibilities include: DPR CULTURE Understand, support and share DPR’s philosophy and Core Values, and help others to understand and adopt them Uphold DPR’s Best Practices (BP), and acts as a Cultural Ambassador Help drive DPR’s Purpose and Mission Statement: “To be one of the most admired companies by year 2030” PREQUALIFICATION & PRECONSTRUCTION Ensure prequalification is current and established for each subcontract issuance Work closely with prequal liaison to proactively push and establish subcontractor’s prequalification status Collaborate with preconstruction department and project managers to ensure project setup, and subcontract documents are in alignment PROJECT MAINTENANCE & SETUP Coordinate and setup jobsite accounts (utilities, vendors, trailers, etc.) Setup and enter project specific information into CMiC Collect and distribute subcontract change orders (SCO) through DocuSign (CC: Project Accountant) for trade partner and DPR execution, and track and follow up on execution status Maintain project specific documents – upload executed subcontracts and prime contract, and SCOs in various programs i.e. CMiC, Box Attend Project Turnover/Kickoff Meetings, project team meetings as needed Assist in obtaining project permits SUBCONTRACTS Assemble subcontracts; gather all information such as schedules, document logs, logistic plans, etc. Distribute subcontracts through DocuSign for trade partner and DPR execution, and track and follow up on execution status Accurately revise subcontract language with project management approval Ensure subcontracts and all associated documentation is compliant Maintain project specific subcontract/prequalification log, and distribute weekly INSURANCE Ensure list of additional insured is reviewed and correct with insurance coordinator prior to subcontract issuance CHANGE MANAGEMENT Assist project team, including accountants with document control and possible other administrative tasks i.e. Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable CLOSEOUT Assist project team with Punchlist - distribution and updates Assist with closeout process: Request and collect Warranties, Operation and Maintenance Manuals, and As-Built drawings Close jobsite accounts (utilities, vendors, trailers, etc.) Maintain permit closure log SAFETY Maintain and update HammerTech enrollments and data entry, and POC Track and maintain safety training and certifications log Assist with administrative documentation as needed We are seeking a flexible, detail-oriented team player with a “can-do” attitude and hit the ground running energy.
