DPK is seeking a Land Survey Project Manager who is a licensed New Jersey Professional Land Surveyor for our Surveying Department, based in our corporate office in Edison, NJ. This is not a remote position.

Qualifications:

• NJ Professional Land Survey License
• A minimum of 5-8 years of survey experience
• A minimum of 3-5 years of project management
• Management/Supervision of others as part of a team
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Effective customer service and verbal and written communication skills
• Continually seeks opportunities to increase client satisfaction and deepen client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Quality control and analysis of survey documents, including survey plans, record plots, metes and bounds descriptions, review of title commitment reports and construction layout services.
• Provide daily progress and status reports on project deliverables.
• Prepare and execute quality control reviews, safety, and quality assurance procedures.
• Initiate and participate in business development activities to partner with new and existing clients.
• Staff development and contract preparation.
• Monitor project budgets and accountability for project profitability and review project billing reports for monthly invoicing.
• Administer surveying activities which includes oversight of staff, technical resources, and client communication for multiple projects.
