Responsibilities for Entry Level Accountant/Special Projects

• Manage all Accounts Receivables. This includes but is not limited to creating customer purchase orders, issuing invoices, applying payments, sending out collection emails on past due invoices, and ensuring AR balances are correct
• Perform basic accounting transactions such as entering and classifying deposits.
• Issue refund check within accounting platform
• Maintain Insurance Payable account
• Perform data entry tasks as assigned by senior staff
• Maintain and perform special projects related to Warehouse Management Systems, E-Commerce Platforms, and any other assignments given

Qualifications for Entry Level Accountant/Special Projects

• Associate degree in Accounting. Bachelors in Accounting Preferred.
• 1-2 years experience with general accounting preferred
• Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• High degree of attention to detail and multi-tasking
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Strong analytic abilities
