We are currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to play a pivotal role in providing outstanding service to our patients, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring a seamless experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Working closely with the Practice Manager, you will play an integral part in creating an all-inclusive, patient-focused culture within our practice. Previous work experience in a dental office is a requirement for this position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Efficient Patient Flow: Manage patient flow, optimize appointment schedules and minimize wait times in collaboration with the dental staff.
· Exceptional Client Service: Provide a warm, welcoming experience, address inquiries, schedule appointments, and assist patients with insurance benefits and payment options.
· Positive Patient Environment: Maintain a positive, inviting atmosphere in the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization for an enhanced patient experience.
· Appointment Management: Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, confirm appointments, and follow up with patients for any scheduling changes.
· Collaboration with Team: Work closely with the dental team to facilitate effective communication and coordination, contributing to a patient-focused collaborative culture.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
· Previous experience in a dental office is crucial to apply for this position.
· High school diploma or equivalent.
