You will be responsible for driving safety, quality, production, and efficiency among your team.Here’s an overview of what you can expect to do while working here:Driving safety culture across your production team through continuous training and leading by exampleBuilding strong relationships with your internal and external clientsPartnering with your Account Manager to understand client expectations and communicating those expectations to your production teamManaging all the logistical aspects of production management to include your team, equipment, and materialsEnsuring that all the properties within your portfolio meet Down to Earth quality standardsMonitoring and troubleshooting a variety of landscape items to include pest control, irrigation and plant materialAssigning and scheduling tasks and routes for your production teamEnsuring that time keeping records are submitted in an accurate and timely mannerCounseling and developing members within your production teamProviding hands on training for your new and tenured team members to ensure they are set up for successInterviewing, selecting, and helping to onboard new team members and ensure each new team member has an excellent onboarding experiencePerforming other duties as assigned by the leadership teamRequirementsMinimum 3 years of commercial landscape experienceMinimum 2 years of crew management experienceHS Diploma or GED equivalent, Associates Degree is preferredMust be proficient with the Microsoft Office SuiteValid Florida Driver’s License and the ability to pass an MVR checkExcellent communication skillsFlexibility and willingness to adapt in a fast paced and ever-changing environmentPreferred Skills & ExperienceBilingual in English and SpanishBenefitsThe well-being of our team members is important to us, and we want to ensure that you feel supported in your growth.
