As a Master Diesel Technician at Down South Fleet, your day starts with a morning briefing with your team. You dive into diagnosing and repairing diesel engines and vehicles, focusing on air brake systems and fuel systems. You conduct regular inspections and tests, ensuring every vehicle meets safety standards. You collaborate with colleagues to resolve mechanical issues efficiently, using your expertise to keep the fleet running smoothly. THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED

• Experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of diesel engine components and systems
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license

Certification in diesel mechanics would be a plus!
