We are currently looking for a Golf Grounds Maintenance to join our team. The groundskeeper is required to complete a large variety of tasks throughout the day. Tasks can be generally categorized as manual labor and are related to landscaping.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Employee expected to change cups on Greens daily.
• Operating small machinery for necessary shrub and tree trimming including hedge trimmers and hand tools
• Participating in the course set up including changing tees, picking up trash, changing cups, changing flags, fixing divots, and fixing ball marks
• Operating Mowers including: greens, fairways, rough, sidewinder, and push mowers
• Operate a powered debris blower.
• Hand rake traps.
• Employee must weed whack tee areas daily.
• Inspect and grease machinery.
• Adherence to all relevant OSHA safety protocols
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and 100 pounds with help
• Operating / legal use to drive golf carts, utility carts, and motor vehicles including those with manual transmission
• Trim around benches daily.
  • Training is available on small machinery and tractors

Qualifications:

• Must have a Valid NYS Driver’s License
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
