Supporting Dove Healthcare's 18 locations throughout Wisconsin, the recruitment specialist plays an integral role recruiting the best, qualified talent to help us provide the highest quality, compassionate care to our patients.
In this full-time role, you will have the rewarding opportunity to use your creativity to develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive recruitment campaign utilizing multiple platforms. This position will also coordinate job fairs, student events, and recruitment presentations.
As The Recruitment Specialist, You Will
  • create, facilitate, and monitor Dove Healthcare's employee recruitment plan
  • generate and implement new recruitment ideas and goals
  • maintain employment postings and ensure information is up-to-date, accurate, and effectively written
  • utilize various platforms to attract talent, including social media, job boards, career fairs, schools, etc.
  • research and track effectiveness of all recruitment efforts
  • track recruitment and retention metrics
Experience Required
  • a two or four year degree is required, preferably in human resources, communications, or marketing
  • previous healthcare experience is preferred
Skills Required
  • excellent attention to detail and organization skills
  • strong written and oral communication skills
  • ability to successfully multi-task and adapt to constant change
  • excellent computer skills in MS Office
  • self-motivated, goal oriented, and capable of working with little supervision
