- Maintain 50% minimum ASR submission rate
- Maintain 100% web-based training completion
- Know and adhere to repair processes as specified in service manuals and TSB's
- Clearly document repair steps
- Test drive every vehicle to confirm the quality of your repairs
- Test components and systems using diagnostic and special service equipment
- Accurately diagnose, maintain, and repair all vehicle systems
- Develop electric vehicle expertise as we expand our EV units in operation throughout Utah
- Maintain constant communication with Service Advisors
- Commit to exceeding promise times
- Provide legitimate and accurate estimates on needed repairs and service
- Execute repairs under warranty to Kia specifications
- Maximize your efficiency
Qualifications - Service Technician:
- Commitment!
- History of reliability, responsibility and accountability
- OWN the quality of your work
- Experience in accurately diagnosing & repairing vehicles
- Maintain and keep a clean and efficient work area
- Emissions certifications preferred
- Good driving record required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
