Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the public areas, guest and employee restrooms. Responds to guest requests.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Daily Duties
   1. Check the daily events sheet posted and note break times of functions to insure clean and stocked restrooms. 
   2. Check and stock pool restrooms with towels, soap, paper towels and toilet paper. 
   3. Check lobby restrooms and stock with soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. 
   4. Wiping and dusting furniture including Market Express, picture frames, elevators, drinking fountains, and telephones.
   5. Sweep/Mop elevator floors.
   6. Vacuuming all lobby carpets.
   7. Clean Lobby entrances/exits including doors, handles, sweep/mop floors, vacuum.
   8. Empty trash at entrances and in offices and pick up recycling.
   9. Clean any other areas as needed.
   10. Responds to guest’s requests in a timely manner.
   11. Clean and stock employee restrooms including wiping counters, toilets, sweeping/mopping.
   12. Sweep outside entrances and courtyard.
   13. Dust and wipe all offices, business center and front desk including walls, baseboards, and furniture.
   14. Dust all Lobby pictures, clean base boards, and dust high ceilings for cob webs.
   15. Deep clean gym exercise room bathroom.
   16. Deep cleaning of guest elevators including elevator tracks, light fixtures, elevator doors.
   17. Ensure all equipment is in operation order and all supplies are up to par. Report equipment that needs repair or supplies that need to be ordered.
   18. Be a Team Player and encourage the teamwork attitude among staff.
   19. Attends department and inter-departmental meetings.
   20. Notify management of any pertinent information related to shift activities.
   21. Ensures total guest satisfaction.
   22. Follow supervisor’s instructions and performs other duties as directed or assigned.
