Duties:
- Perform night audit functions, including reviewing and reconciling guest accounts and charges
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift
- Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns
- Operate phone systems and assist with answering calls and taking messages
- Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and interactions
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately handle financial transactions
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
Please note that previous experience as a night auditor or in a similar role is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
