The Runway Grill at the DoubleTree by Hilton Sarasota Bradenton Airport is currently looking for AM Restaurant Bussers.
Applicants interested in both part time and full-time positions will be considered. Typical shifts start at 6 AM and run until 11 AM or through the lunch rush, as needed.
Applicants with flexible availability for extra hours assisting with lunch or dinner banquets will receive top consideration.
Job highlights
Qualifications
•Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
•Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification card. Training will be provided.
•Excellent customer service skills
•Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds
Responsibilities
•Clear tables of dishware, trash, and napkins after meals
•Prepare beverage and buffet stations for customers
•Keep floors and chairs near dining tables clean by sweeping and mopping
•Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, utensils, and dishware
•Clean, sanitize, and reset restaurant tables
•Refill salt, pepper, and other condiments at tables
•Assist servers with running orders
•Keep designated service stations clean and well stocked
•All other relevant tasks assigned by management and the lead server
•Assist with hotel banquets as needed
