We are looking for a Front Desk Agent & Part-Time Night Auditor. As a Front Desk Agent, you will serve as our Guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. As a Night Auditor, you will work overnight to run the audit and turn over the day.

Front Desk Agent & Night Auditor responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Manage online and phone reservations
• Inform Guests about payment methods and verify their credit card data
• Register Guests by collecting necessary information, like contact details
• Welcome Guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
• Provide Guests with information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
• Respond to Guests’ complaints in professional manner
• Liaise with our Housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean and ready to accommodate Guests’ needs
• Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
• Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
• Run the audit, to turn over the day
• Print appropriate reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
