This beautiful 342 room property is in the heart of the downtown area, a half-mile from PPG Paints Arena – home to the NHL's Pittsburgh Penguins. We're blocks from Steel Plaza Station, providing rail access to PNC Park, Acrisure Stadium, and South Shore entertainment district.

The Banquet Houseperson is responsible for efficiently setting up all the needed items in a banquet room for all functions. Also responsible for daily maintenance/cleanliness of all banquet rooms and storage areas.

What you will be doing

• Review BEO's for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and audio visual needs.
• Assist the set up staff in table set up, buffet set up, bar set up, etc.
• Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
• Prepare and serve beverages for the function.
• Provide prompt and professional service to all guests.
• Communicate with Kitchen keeping update on any changes.
