The DoubleTree Augusta is hiring for Dishwashers & Bussers

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities range from, but are not limited to the following:

• Scraping food and debris from trays, pots, pans, silverware, dishes, and glassware. Then washing them by hand or placing them in racks on conveyor to dishwashing machine.
• Ensuring the dishwashing machine operates efficiently and effectively
• Ensuring the dishwashing machine is set to the correct temperature and the correct amount of dishwashing liquid is being dispensed.
• Properly storing and organizing clean and dry trays, pots, pans, silverware, dishes, and glassware.
• Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors.
• Ensuring dishwashing area is neat, organized, and clean. Making sure that no food scraps are left on the cabinets, sinks, tables, or dishwashing equipment.
• Wiping down and sanitizing all food areas including but not limited to work tables, storage shelves, sinks, refrigerators, coolers, freezers
• Additional duties, responsibilities, and special projects as directed by management.
