The Role:
As a Valet Supervisor, you're not just overseeing parking – you're orchestrating a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests from the moment they arrive.
What You'll Do:
- Supervise the valet team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations during guest arrivals and departures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Oversee the parking of vehicles, ensuring a secure and organized valet experience.
- Train and mentor valet team members, fostering a culture of excellence and hospitality.
- Collaborate with the front desk and concierge teams to ensure a coordinated and seamless guest experience.
- Embrace the challenge of delivering top-notch valet services in a dynamic hotel setting.
