As the Housekeeping Room Inspector, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction. - Supervise and train housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of guest requests

- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively

- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address any repairs or maintenance needs

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management

```Requirements```

- Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting

- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and industrial cleaning practices

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff

- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
