Job Description: Works as a Silver Account Manager supporting Silver ranked Wellness Advocates and their dōTERRA Businesses. Works with upper-level Leaders to provide enhanced customer service, support, and strategic guidance. Partners with top Wellness Advocates in helping to build their business success by having the best tools. Contribute to the visibility of the Doterra brand in the French market.
Job Responsibilities
Build relationship of trust with Wellness Advocate Leaders that encourage and motivate
Monitor sales and ensure timely recognition of various levels of achievement
Provide accurate and correct understanding and application of dōTERRA’s compensation plan
Respond fairly and accurately to questions regarding the compensation plan
Handle exception requests and represent those requests when needed
Strategize with top dōTERRA Leaders and help them grow their teams
Set up conference calls, send conference call notes, send welcome/congratulatory letters
Proactively look for ways to develop and strengthen the Account Management Position and team members
Monitor current issues and concerns and propose solutions
Create and foster relationships with Wellness Advocates, support their business activities, and help them strategize and set goals
Take and give feedback in respectful and positive manner
Strategize with Account Managers and help them be more effective in their day-to-day activities
Be willing to take on addition assignments as-needed in team organization, structure, and logistical support
Revision / adaptation or/and translation of the marketing & communication tools
Work closely with marketing team to keep language-specific tools (flyers, brochures, videos, etc)
Contrubutibure to develop and implement the strategic plan & tactics to develop the FR market

Proficiency in DataTrax required
Fluent in French and English spoken and written
Marketing & sales experience preferred
Skills in translation

Ability to effectively mentor one-on-one in positive and motivational manner
Work well in team environment, contribute significantly on projects
