• Models construction projects in Autodesk Revit for use in construction.
• Assists in coordinating BIM models generated by various subcontractors.
• Creates 3D Revit families, templates, and various content.
• Captures as-built conditions in models and creates digital closeout models.
• Leads clash detection exercises.
• Assists with any additional assigned duties.

Education / Certification

Associate Degree in Architectural/Civil Drafting, Construction Management, or 3D Modeling/Animation

2 to 5 years of experience

Recommended Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge in 3D modeling/CAD software such as Autodesk Revit, Autodesk AutoCAD, Bentley Microstation, 3ds Max, or other 3D modeling and CAD Software; Knowledge in Microsoft Office; Familiarity with Autodesk Navisworks and Design Review; Skilled in organization, teamwork, accuracy, attention to detail, time management, and assistance of others; Ability to read construction documents, plans, and specifications.
