Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a dynamic & experienced individual to join our retail team at our Dorothy Draper Home retail location in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia at The Greenbrier. Looking for optimistic, colorful, and fun people to join our team and share the world of Dorothy Draper with guests. Various Part-time roles available. Inquire for more information specifically.

Responsibilities

• Create an overall positive experience for store customers
• Assisting customers both in store and over the phone
• Sharing Dorothy Draper brand knowledge with customers
• Knowledgable about products in store and able to assist with product inquiries
• Connecting with customers to create longterm relationships.
• Involvement in clienteling, visual merchandising, events, inventory management including shipping and receiving

Qualifications

• Retail experience, preferably in a luxury market
• Strong sales, operational, and computer skills a plus
• Ability to multitask, perform stock duties, and work independently
• Flexible on schedule, store open seven days a week 9 am - 6 pm
• Upbeat with a team approach
• Strategic problem solver who is self-motivated and organized
• Possesses a strong sense of integrity and accountability
