Role Overview

In this role, you will contribute to the successful assessment and delivery of senior level talent for our client partners. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting both primary and secondary research, including qualitative desk research and systematic networking.
• Mapping individuals, companies, and industries in our core market areas to develop in-depth industry knowledge.
• Establishing and maintaining a network of senior talent and thought leaders, identifying, and engaging emerging leaders in relevant industries.
• Preparing client reports focused on human capital and performing project-specific analysis as needed.
• Assisting in search execution and business development tasks across the team.
