The individual in this role will provide direction and leadership for the maintenance teams and student employees in maintaining a hospitable, safe, and organized campus, ensuring that the university's facilities are properly maintained. This individual will directly oversee the electrical, HVAC, access control, plumbing, and carpentry maintenance teams.
