As a Banquet Bartender at The Beverly Hills Hotel, your compensation will be $19.73 per hour.

A day in the life of our Banquets Bartenders … it demands high levels of energy in order to keep up. They need consistency even though the days are never alike; and creativity to tackle daily adventures. Listing all of the tasks that our F&B Bartenders accomplish would be lengthy but the list below is essential to know.

• Our Banquets Bartenders are responsible for delivering a consistently high level of guest service to each of our guests and maintaining a safe environment during their day. This will include keeping bar area clean in accordance with the food safety guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health department,

• Banquets Bartenders are also responsible for maintaining an accurate cash drawer throughout their shift and being able to account for any and all discrepancies in the final drawer tally and mixing all drinks based on the serving sizes as outlined in the standard operating procedures to keep drink costs at a minimum to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.

• Sometimes our guests have special requests involving specialty cocktails, dietary restrictions or allergies and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Banquets Bartenders.

• Our hotels are truly luxury hotels. This requires preventing and correcting the imperfections and blemishes that tend to come up. Our Banquets Bartenders are relied upon to report these and work with several other positions to correct.

• Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. Our Banquets Bartenders must communicate with other departments and extended hotel team in order to ensure the alignment remains.
