Required Experience

• 13 years of overall software development experience in enterprise systems.
• 10 years of software development experience in Core Java, including multi-threading.
• 8 years of experience with Spring Boot and Spring Batch.
• 5 years as an AWS solutions architect.
• 5 years of microservice architecture and low-latency implementations.
• 3 years of experience working with distributed caching systems.
• 3 years implementing Apache Kafka data pipelines.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile Software Development practices and how to leverage these to streamline project execution.
• Possess the ability to decompose business problems into smaller parts to correctly develop a solution, always considering the impact on other subsystems.
• Team player with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiar with software engineering practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Automated Testing, and Performance Engineering.
• Knowledge of SDLC, especially regarding improving agile delivery metrics.
• Strong communication and team/technical leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.

Preferred Experience

• AWS certification preferred.
• Consulting experience.
• Financial services experience is a plus.
