Role – Senior Software Engineer - Bigdata

Job Location – Tampa, FL (Hybrid)

Duration – Fulltime

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to write robust code in Scala
• Understanding of data structures data modelling and software architecture
• You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and applications to process and analyze large volumes of data.
• You will collaborate closely with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that drive business insights and decision-making.
• Optimize data pipelines for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to ensure smooth operation
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in the big data ecosystem

Required Skills

• Minimum Experience Big Data Hadoop 6 years Spark 4 Years Scala 4 years SQL 4 years Kafka 2 years Unix Shell Script 2 years
• Minimum 6 to 8 Years of experience in Big Data and Data Engineering using Scala or Java
• Designing and developing Scala related data pipelines and REST API
• Deep knowledge in spark scala API Experience is required
• Good experience in Hadoop Big Data Hadoop centric Schedulers
• Big Data and reporting System integration through API knowledge is added advantage
