At Doncasters Structural Castings of Oxford we have an opportunity for Mold Handlers to join our teams in Oxford, AL.

This position’s shift is a 40-hour work week with potential overtime. This individual could work a 5AM-5 : 30PM split shift or 5 : 30PM- 5 : 00AM split shift with motivated employees and our Management Team to become a part of a successful Industrial Casting Company with a good work life balance.

Starting Pay : $17.01

This is an exciting opportunity. It’s not just a job. As a Mold Handler, you will work in a key role ensuring the preparation of molds to and from a furnace for pouring of super alloy metals.

Using your keen eye for detail you will follow set specifications to ensure products are produced within process parameters, using a variety of tools and techniques.

This is a key component to our process, and we are looking for committed, enthusiastic employees. As a Mold Handler, you will receive extensive training while working within an experienced team.

You will receive continuous feedback to help you grow and develop to maximize your potential.
