Donatech is Hiring a Supply Chain Analyst Near Everett, WA
Primary Responsibilities:
o Support Supply Chain activities involving order management, receiving support, Quality process, inventory management and invoice resolution.
o Compiles information from SAP, Suppliers and site procedures to help resolve issues with the movement of material throughout the site.
o Develop and maintain professional relationships with suppliers and provide support to internal managers to provide an effective interface with all departments.
o Ensure compliance with contractual obligations with the assistance of Central Contracts group.
Education
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR
In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required
Basic Qualifications
Thorough knowledge of Supply Chain processes; may include materials, procurement, sourcing, supplier performance
Understanding of contract structure, business terms and conditions.
Works well in a team environment, highly motivated.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Strong people / motivational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills. Remain calm under pressure and manage through with ambiguity
Familiar with and understanding of engineering drawings and specifications
Preferred Qualifications
o Experience in the Aerospace industry
o Knowledge of Continuous Improvement
o Proficient in Excel, Power Point, Project and MRP/ERP systems.
o Thorough knowledge of Project Management
